Car Review: Brand-New Suzuki Vitara Go

NEW SUZUKI VITARA GO

As if the Vitara’s 2023 facelift wasn’t enough, Suzuki have gone one further with their latest release: Vitara Go.

The Vitara line-up - excellent value for money since the launch of the esteemed model in 1998 - now truly has a little something for everyone.

An ultra-competitive addition to the current range, Vitara Go epitomises Good Different with its amazing tech features and mild hybrid as standard.

Comparing Vitara Go against its SZ-T derivative, several interior and exterior changes ensures that the Vitara Go will…well, go further!

You’ll feel the immediate benefits of Suzuki’s Boosterjet engine, which equips the Vitara Go with 129HP power output, but still with the model’s excellent fuel economy at 53.2mpg.

Its equipment remains next level, with LED headlights, wireless smartphone connectivity and Dual Sensor Brake Support included as standard.

Other minor changes include: 16-inch painted alloy wheels, down from 17; four available colour themes; no rear privacy glass and you won’t find a rear-parking camera on the Go either.

That might feel like a downgrade on the SZ-T, but other features, such as: Traffic Sign Recognition, Adaptive Cruise Control, and now wireless Apple Car Play and Android Auto, make the Vitara Go perfect for those who require an SUV, but just want to get in and get going.

And of course, we would be lying if we advised that the price isn’t something you should factor into your decision-making.

Vitara Go is available at an extremely attractive and economic price, from £20,499. This also includes a huge saving of £2750, used in conjunction with Suzuki’s customer saving Vitara range offers.

And with two years free servicing also available, Vitara Go has inherent value and confidence, built in.

With good performance, useful tech features and great offers available, expect the Vitara Go to be go, going, gone quicker than it’s 0-60 time…
