Involved in an accident? Call Suzuki first! We'll handle everything with a guarantee that all repairs meet Suzuki’s highest repair standards. It’s free for all Suzuki owners , no matter where fault lies. With an insurance company, your Suzuki will be sent to their chosen repair company - usually the cheapest available. They may not use Genuine Suzuki Parts, which could decrease your car’s value. Suzuki Accident Aftercare means your repair will be completed at a Suzuki Approved Body & Paint centre, using only Suzuki Genuine Parts, and operating to Suzuki repair standards. We’ll also manage the claims process and supply a free courtesy car*. No hassle, no claim forms to fill out and no cost to you.

Suzuki Genuine Parts are engineered to exact quality standards. They come with a guarantee, covered by the vehicle's original warranty: up to three years or 60,000 miles. If your car is outside of warranty, any genuine parts fitted will be covered by a 12 month warranty.

*A courtesy car is provided, subject to availability, for accident repairs (excluding standalone glass repairs/replacements) when you call Suzuki First and your car is repaired by a Suzuki Approved Body and Paint Centre. We will provide a repairer courtesy car if the incident is your fault, or if the incident is not your fault, we will aim to provide a hire car of a similar size to your own vehicle. Accident recovery is provided for unroadworthy vehicles when you call Suzuki First and we handle your insurance claim on your behalf. If you cancel the recovery of your vehicle you will be liable for any cancellation charges incurred, or if your insurer rejects your claim you will be liable for any recovery costs incurred. The Suzuki Accident Aftercare service is available in the UK when you call Suzuki first on 0800 107 1156 following an accident (before you call your insurer) and providing that we handle your claim on your behalf with your insurer and manage your repair through a Suzuki Approved Body and Paint Centre. In some instances where your insurer may not let us report the claim to them on your behalf, we will ask you to report to them advising that you are using our Suzuki Accident Aftercare service with a Suzuki Approved Body and Paint Centre.
*Our service activated warranty is available to UK customers on Suzuki cars under 10 years old and under 100,000 miles. Provides cover after the 3-year/60,000-mile manufacturer’s warranty. Activates on the first qualifying service after the manufacturer’s warranty ends. Valid for 12 months or (if lower) 9,000/12,500 miles (mileage cap varies based on model’s service interval) and renews on each subsequent qualifying service, up to a maximum of 10 years of cover from the date of first registration or (if lower) 100,000 miles. A qualifying service is one carried out by a Suzuki service partner in accordance with the applicable Suzuki service interval. Cars without a full, up-to-date Suzuki service history will be subject to an initial health check and any identified faults will be excluded from warranty cover unless repaired at owner’s cost during the qualifying service.
