Select your preferred vehicle
Choose your preferred make and model from our range, including: New Suzuki, Suzuki Approved Used and Quality Used vehicles from other brands. Our range is imaged thoroughly, and we can provide a walkaround video if you need something more in-depth.

Purchase your selected vehicle
Click ‘finance’ on your preferred make and model to view the available options, and then click ‘reserve’ to obtain a quote and an approximate part-exchange evaluation, using our finance calculator. Alternatively, you can pay a £99 holding fee and call us to help you finalise the rest.

Complete paperwork
Following a credit check and a purchase and, or reservation order, we’ll send over your finance documents electronically for you to read and sign, remotely and securely. We’ll keep you in the loop throughout this stage via email or over the phone.

Arrange vehicle collection or delivery
While your next car is meticulously prepared – with a service, warranty and professional valet – arrange to collect in person, or have it delivered to your home or place of work. It’s completely free of charge! (Within 60 miles of the showroom and £1 per mile thereafter).

Follow-ups and thank you
Shortly after receiving your vehicle, we’ll contact you to thank you for choosing us and to check everything’s prim and proper. We’ll also send out a review form via email, which we’ll use to help us improve future service.
REMOTE TEST DRIVE & DELIVERY
Need a test drive suited to your individual needs and requirements? We've got you covered, from our traditional showroom, to remote or virtual test drives. We also provide a range of delivery options, including: to your home or work address by driver or trailer, or collection from dealership. OUR RETURNS POLICY

Our process puts you in the car that's right for you, but we understand that life happens sometimes - our 14-day return policy has you covered. Purchase any new car from us and - subject to Terms & Conditions - you can return it for a full refund.
