• RYAN TICKNER
  Sales Manager
  Ryan Tickner heads up everything sales and operations at Town & Country Cars, originally cutting his teeth as a teenager valeting cars to help father and owner, Chris Tickner, going up the ranks thereafter. When not in the showroom, he’ll be spending quality time with his budding family, or cooking up something mean on his ceramic barbeque – or both!
  
  
• DOMINIC BOWLES
  Sales Executive
  Rightly considered Town & Country royalty, Mr Bowles started out at our original Ripley location in 1998, before going on to log more than 20 years’ experience since! A walking-talking Suzuki encyclopaedia - and our Motability expert - Dom has seen, done, and heard it all. Outside work, Dominic enjoys gardening and sailing on the south coast.

• KARYN ATTERAL
  Sales Executive
  Karyn is based at our Holybourne branch and has been part of Town & Country Cars for the past eight years, delivering fantastic experiences for our Alton customer base. When not in the office, Karyn loves a spot of home renovation and is also a dab-hand at playing Darts and represents her local community team.
  
  
• MARK BALL
  Sales Executive
  Mark re-joined Town & Country Cars in the middle of this year, having started just before the pandemic. Previously in B2B selling commercial vehicles, his depth of industry experience means customers are always in good hands. Mark is also a massive foodie, with most work mornings spent recanting tales of his kitchen exploits from the previous evening.
  
  
• JAKE JONES
  Marketing Executive 
  Jake joined earlier this year, heading up all marketing efforts at Town & Country Cars. Starting out as a motorsport journalist for a global magazine, he later moved into marketing after attaining his masters’ degree and due to its creative variety. Outside of work, Jake likes sim-racing, supporting West Ham and playing football for his Sunday team.
  

• ALEX TICKNER
  Aftersales Manager
  Alex heads up services and aftersales here at Town & Country. The second Tickner son - like Ryan - valeted cars to help father and owner, Chris Tickner, before finding his passion in service. When Alex isn’t giving our customers peace of mind as standard, he likes to unwind with a decent TV series or by logging some solid PlayStation hours on FIFA.
  
  
• DARREN LEWIS
  Parts Manager
  Like Dominic, Darren is also considered Town & Country royalty, having joined over 20 years ago. Darren exemplifies our commitment to great experiences with his customer-first approach – and he’s not bad at sourcing parts either. When Darren isn’t being wound up by Dom at work,  he’ll be at home with his family or on his PlayStation.

• DARREN BOLGER
  Aftersales Executive
  Darren Bolger heads up all the aftercare for our Alton customer base, as aftersales executive at Town & Country Cars - expertly doing so for the past five years. When not behind the Holybourne counter, Darren will be out walking his two dogs: Monty and Benson, or watching West Ham win silverware.
  
  
• SANDI ASHBEE
  Service Bookings Coordinator
  Sandi provides the crucial link between our Ash and Holybourne branches, and what needs to be done in the workshops, as the Service Booking Coordinator here at Town & Country Cars. When not coordinating services, Sandi loves visiting some of London’s eclectic theatres and spending quality time with her grandchildren. 
  
  
• SOPHIE DE-ATH
  Service Advisor 
  Sophie is the newest member of the Town & Country family, joining as Service Advisor in the Aftersales department. She handles customer service calls, bookings and helps with collections. Outside of work, Sophie is a talented football player and turns out for a semi-professional side in tier seven of the women’s football pyramid.

• SIMON ALDRIDGE
  Lead Master Technician
  Simon is our lead technician and has been part of Town & Country for a whopping 39 years! Simon takes care of MOT testing and servicing, while leading the technician team at Ash. When not staring at the underbody of a car, Simon likes relaxing at home with his wife and pet rabbit: Benjamin.  
  
  
• JOHN BROOKES
  Master Technician
  Mr Brookes is right up there with Dom and Darren as Town & Country royalty, having been part of the family nearly 20 years. If you’ve had a service at our Ash branch, John will have had some input. Outside of work, you’ll find John spending time with his friends watching sports.
  
  
• IAN ELKINS
  Vehicle Technician
  Ian has worked for Town Country Cars for roughly 15 years, based at our Holybourne branch. He takes care of everything from MOTs, services, and repairs for our customers in Alton. Outside of work, Ian follows Formula 1 and his football team: Reading FC.

• KIERAN JANES
  Vehicle Technician
  Kieran makes up the second half of our Holybourne technician pairing at Town & Country, doing so for the last eight years. Like Ian, he takes care of all MOTs, services, and repairs. In his spare time, Kieran volunteers on a heritage steam train - full scale of course! - and is a fan of both F1 and rugby. 
  
  
• ROY BOWER
  Vehicle Technician
  Only joining Town Country & Cars at the turn of the year, Roy has quickly established himself as a well-loved member of the team, with his infectious laugh and expert repair skills. Roy also helps oversee the development of our apprentice vehicle technician. Outside of work, Roy likes to relax with his family and George Foreman grill.
  
  
• DAVID BAKER
  Apprentice Technician
  David joined Town & Country after applying to Suzuki’s apprenticeship programme, having decided on a career in the motor trade through his passion for motorsport. David shadows on MOT tests, fixes minor repairs, and helps conduct vehicle services. Outside of work, David loves F1 and hasn’t missed a Grand Prix since 2020.

• MARTIN CLARKE
  Valeting & Collections
  Martin takes care of all the valeting at our Ash branch for our customers, as well as incoming and outgoing vehicle stock. He also takes care of customer deliveries and collections. Outside of work, Martin is passionate about playing bowls, even ranking as high as county level in his formative years.
  
  
• ALLEN GILBERT
  Valeting
  Mr Gilbert takes care of all the valeting at our Holybourne branch for our customers, as well as incoming and outgoing vehicle stock, to a super-high standard. Outside of work, you’ll find Allen on the disc-golf course, having taken up the fast-growing sport around six years ago and developing to the rank of master.
  
  
• JOHN COATES
  Valeting & Collections
  Like Allen, John Coates takes care of all the valeting at our Holybourne branch, to a super-high standard, as well as helping with customer deliveries and collections. Outside of work, our JC is a member of a local mini-railway club and spends his time off relaxing with friends and fellow mini-steam train fans at the clubhouse.

• JULIE JENNER
  Account Office Manager
  Julie has been part of Town & Country Cars for 19 years, working closely with business owner: Chris Tickner, to ensure the smooth functionality of company finances. Outside of work, Julie enjoys downtime with her family and a spot of gardening at home.
• AMY SCOTT
  Accounts Assistant
  The second half of our accounting duo, Amy has worked for Town & Country Cars for the last eight years, assisting Julie in the accounts office and with our purchase ledger in particular. Outside of work, you'll find Amy out on long walks with her two Labradors, spending time with her family or gardening at home.
